What is the IIIMPACT Strategic Roadmap Immersion?
The IIIMPACT Strategic Roadmap Immersion is a short workshop program with your decision-makers that ends in one written set of priorities, not seven opinions. It produces a strategic roadmap: a high-level plan from your current state to your future vision.
What do we receive?
- Written priorities agreed across product, engineering, sales and operations.
- A story map of the user archetypes you are actually building for. A story map lays out the steps each type of user takes, in order, so the team can see what the first release must cover.
- Concepts validated with real customers before anything gets built.
- A strategic roadmap from the current state to the future vision.

What is this not?
- It is not a new design tool your team has to learn.
- It is not one click from an idea to production. Nothing ships until a designer and a developer approve it.
- It is not a weekend project.
Who is this not for?
- You want it cheap. We are not the low bid. We are usually the second attempt after a cheaper one failed.
- You need bodies next week. We staff small senior teams, not benches.

Does this replace our designers?
No. Designers still decide. The system makes their decisions stick, and they review what automation cannot see. Each fix goes back into the system, so it helps every screen after it.

Do you build what you recommend?
Yes, when you want us to. An embedded IIIMPACT team can carry the roadmap through design, front-end and back-end. You can also take the roadmap to your own team.
Why is the system a service and not a project?
